Every AREL order is carefully prepared and shipped with attention to detail.
Shipping is free within Switzerland. A flat rate of CHF 9.90 applies to all other destinations currently available at checkout.
Shipping
In-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Preorder items are expected to ship within 3–4 weeks of the order date.
International orders
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). The CHF 9.90 shipping rate covers transport only and does not include import duties, VAT, local taxes or carrier clearance fees. These charges, if applicable, remain the customer’s responsibility and may be collected before or upon delivery.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
