TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the use of arelbrand.com and purchases made from AREL. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
1. STORE INFORMATION
AREL is operated by Nathan Bettex as an individual business from 68 Chemin des Avallons, 1247 Anières, Switzerland.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and textures may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.
All orders are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct errors or cancel an order when necessary. If an order is cancelled after payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.
3. PREORDERS
A product identified as a preorder is not ready for immediate shipment. The estimated shipping timeframe shown on the product page or at checkout is an estimate and may change due to production, quality-control or logistics requirements.
If a material delay occurs, we will inform the customer using the email address provided with the order. Statutory cancellation rights and the AREL Return and Refund Policy remain applicable.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable market. The final price, shipping charge and any taxes collected by AREL are shown before the order is submitted.
Payment is due in full when the order or preorder is placed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). Import duties, local taxes, brokerage charges and customs-clearance fees are not collected by AREL and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information and for complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
The customer can review and correct the contents of the cart and the checkout information before submitting an order. An electronic confirmation is sent after the order has been successfully placed.
We may contact the customer if additional information is required to process the order.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping methods, charges and available destinations are shown on the website and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Risk passes in accordance with applicable mandatory law. AREL is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, incorrect customer information or events outside our reasonable control, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

8. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

Where mandatory consumer law provides additional rights, including cancellation rights applicable to distance sales, those rights remain fully applicable.
9. ACCOUNTS AND ACCEPTABLE USE
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for providing current and accurate information.
The website may not be used unlawfully, fraudulently, to interfere with its security or operation, or to infringe the rights of AREL or third parties.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, AREL name, visual identity, photographs, product designs, text and other original content are owned by or licensed to AREL and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store is hosted by Shopify. Payment processors, carriers and other service providers may process information where necessary to complete transactions and provide the requested services. Their own terms may apply to their services.

12. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, AREL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory warranty, product-safety or consumer-protection right.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when our services, operations or legal obligations change. The version applicable to an order is the version available when that order is placed, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country of residence. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts determined under applicable law.
